We closed on our home on March 11,2010. Our experience with our Realtor was excellent. High marks all around for Cathy Jones. after I decided to come to Chesapeake, I contacted a few friends who had made the move from Midland to OKC area and none really spoke highly of their Realtors.  We met with one after Christmas and found that she was a specialist in one neighborhood. Once I got to the office , I asked a couple of folks about Realtors and they reported a similar experience. I called a few Realtors on the Chesapeake list and had a good rapport with Cathy right off the bat. She returned my emails promptly, sometimes within minutes of the ones I sent after midnight. That made my wife and I feel comfortable about her working "for us". More importantly, she knew about the Edmond area, not just one neighborhood, plus, she didn't get lost like one Realtor we went out with. Throughout the whole experience she was focused on working with me and my wife to find us a home we could both feel good about. When my wife and I "traded" (I went to Midland to look after our sons, and she came to Edmond to look at houses that Cathy and I had selected) on two occasions, Cathy picked her up at the airport, covered her meals ,drove her around to see houses and let her stay in her house. In-bound flights were delayed but Cathy readily handled the schedule so that she and my wife could get as much done with the time they had. Next day she took my wife to the airport so she could get back to Midland.  Initially we had contacted a few Realtors to see which ones we could work better with.  They all sent lists of houses with our specifications , but Cathy had a unique system which allowed us to review a list of houses, reject some ,list some as "possibilities",and other as "high potential". This system helped her to learn about our preferences and needs more quickly. It also helped us to keep track of the many houses we saw and what features we liked and disliked.  Cathy did a great job in delivering customer service in every sense of the phrase.  I just wanted to let you know that Cathy Jones does an excellent job and will probably do so for other employees moving to the area.
