After meeting with a number of realtors I engaged, Cathy Jones of Keller Williams Co to list my home at 301 Hamptonridge Road, Edmond, Ok. Cathy took the time to actually listen to me and heard my concerns. She actively marketed my home and went above and beyond the actions of the typical realtor. The spouse of the eventual purchaser of the home was not in town when her husband toured the home. Cathy made a special effort to take a number of digital photos of the home and E-Mailed them to his wife to review. Based on these photos the couple made an offer on the home which I accepted.
